    In a private session with Jess, you will get a full postural assessment, an exercise plan that includes Pilates, Personal Training or a combination of both, and exercises to do daily.

    Jess has extensive experience working with Pre and Post Natal clients, athletes in training, and those who are recovering from or living with injury.

    Jess’ expertise lies teaching a Pilates on the Reformer session that you can do safety while being challenged. The sessions take place at her home gym in Cape Elizabeth, ME.

  • Duets

    Duets are a more economical way to experience Jess’ signature style of body reading, working with injuries and planning a challenging program for your body. 

    Although it is nice to find a duet partner that shares similar fitness goals, Jess can cater the session to each individual. Jess has taught duets to couples where one is pregnant and the other training for a marathon!

    The sessions take place at her home gym in Cape Elizabeth, ME.

  • Small Group

    Bring in your friends to experience Jess’ Pilates or Personal training with up to 3 people at a time.

    It’s easier to commit to an exercise plan when you have accountability and friends!

    Although it is nice to find a duet partner that shares similar fitness goals, Jess can cater the session to each individual.
